Responsibility
- assume or assure allocation of EMS Lead role in country/ies of responsibility
- provide regular progress and status reports as well as operational metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholders
- negotiation and monitoring of service level agreements for all relevant sites
- monitor material and labor variances to meet established standards, including proposing resolutions to mediate shortfalls
- supervise employees administrative, operational and maintenance activities pertaining to office- and fleet management, telecommunications, IT, event support and EHS efforts to ensure compliance and service quality in multiple geographical locations
- manage and/or lead a small team. Conduct performance reviews, including resolving performance issues
- responsible for all project outcomes of assigned unit/group of employees
- manage strategy implementation and complex improvement projects, partner with internal stakeholders assuring appropriate system and data quality controls are in place to ensure adherence with local and EW policies and standards
Education
- bachelor's Degree minimum 2-3 years experience supervisory experience, degree in related field strongly preferred
- substantial knowledge and concentrated experience related to area of responsibility, including previous supervisory responsibility, experience leading teams, and managing projects
