Responsibility

• the role will involve managing enquiries, organising & hosting viewings, compiling tenancy agreements & inventories, managing tenant communications, updating the Property Management System , setting up Direct Debits & chasing rents, managing tenant communications, organising maintenance works, checking & processing invoices, conducting property inspections, handling end of tenancy reports, processing tenant deposits and other related tasks as required
