Responsibility
providing potential Chinese students with accurate and clear information as well as answering all enquiries from customers
play an active role and offer support and professional expertise as appropriate
plan and book new and existing site visit to general offline leads
develop, plan and implement a sustained offline marketing strategy
have a willingness to work flexibly and to adjust working hours to suit the needs of the company
measure and present sales and marketing success metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
work closely with the internal sales team, and admissions teams, along with 3rd party partners to maximise the performance of campaigns
planning, organisation and end-to-end execution of campaigns, promotions and events
Requirements
good bachelor’s degree level
self-motivated and results-orientated team player that can exceed goals and revenue expectations, with the ability to work on own initiative
excellent phone manner, written and verbal communication skills
ability to work towards targets and KPIs
A pro-active and optimistic attitude
strong teamwork skills
strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
confident and professional communication skills
Education
