  • record all conversations, progress, and outcomes on our CRM
  • provide information to our clients about our policies and processes

  • we are currently expanding the company and are on the lookout for a driven and ambitious Sales and Customer Succession Advisor to join our team in Manchester
  • respond to customer enquiries through inbound and outbound calls/emails ensuring each customer's queries are responded to and resolved efficiently and the client has a great experience

Requirements

  • sales experience in a target-driven, customer-focused role
  • previous experience in health insurance
  • experience with customer database systems
  • experience with Hubspot
  • ability to thoroughly record information and pay attention to details
  • excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy
  • flexibility, resilience and ability to deal with a variety of enquiries
  • both verbal and written proficiency
