respond to customer enquiries through inbound and outbound calls/emails ensuring each customer's queries are responded to and resolved efficiently and the client has a great experience
Requirements
sales experience in a target-driven, customer-focused role
previous experience in health insurance
experience with customer database systems
experience with Hubspot
ability to thoroughly record information and pay attention to details
excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy
flexibility, resilience and ability to deal with a variety of enquiries
both verbal and written proficiency
