  • prepare and cook dishes from a menu
  • maintain the cleanliness of kitchen
  • preparing and cooking evening meals; Sunday lunches
  • preparing Afternoon Teas

Requirements

  • cooking 2 years
  • skilled chef - with a good repertoire of dishes
  • experience of running a restaurant or small hotel kitchen
  • minimum 2 years experience
  • level 1, 2 and 3 Food Safety Awards
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3
  • able to work as part of a team
