- do you enjoy business administration?
- you will be expected to ensure a client focused approach to all areas of client communication and lead on the implementation of ECP’s strategic plan, including digital innovation, in the way we manage and implement the systems behind the work we do
- all whilst providing support to the CEO
- key to the role is the requirement to develop and maintain high quality administrative processes for ECP that are easy to use for staff and are client focused
- effective client relationship management is a large part of this role. You will be required to devise and implement new standard operating practices to run alongside our existing CRM system
- supported by one direct report you will provide effective team support to our safeguarding consultants, through systems and processes advice and guidance, effective communication, including arranging meetings, events and team building activities
- you will be expected to maintain our credit control systems and ensure the completion of supporting administrative documentation is current and up to date
