Responsibility
- Line management of the finance team
- Provision of accurate monthly management accounts and supporting performance reporting
- Work with the operations team to prepare regular financial forecasts and review performance
- Provide commercial insight and analysis to improve business and unit performance in both cost and turnover
- Partner with operational teams to identify and quantify opportunities and risks
- Work with the bid team to build financial components of tenders/bids for new contracts
- Contribute directly into Board level reports, with occasional Board attendance as required
- Liaise with customers to resolve issues and ensure great customer service from the finance team
