Responsibility
- interacting with our private customers and managing and generating leads and sales via in-person, email, and phone
- answering customer enquiries, providing information on products and services, and converting enquiries into sales
- processing payments, negotiating sales, and confirming customer orders
- after sales service such as managing any customer returns and issues, converting them to a positive outcome and their next purchase
- assisting in other projects including working on CNC plans and system automation projects
- managing our e-commerce channels . This includes managing sales and fulfilment, adding new listings and product lines, marketplace management and website management
Requirements
- excellent communication skills – written and verbal as you will interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person
- able to deliver outstanding customer service
- able to work on your own initiative and be proactive in growing e-commerce channels, sales, and other projects
- have a willingness to learn and be open to change and new ideas
- previous experience working in a sales, and/or e-commerce environment
- previous experience working with commercial vans and vehicles would be an advantage but is not essential
- sales: 1 year
- customer service: 1 year
