Requirements
- must have own car/transportation and current UK drivers’ licence
- 2 – 3 years direct experience as a Property Manager, in the Scottish or Edinburgh market
- objectively and diplomatically problem solve
- computer / IT literate
- strong knowledge of property management principles, processes, regulations, and local market trends
- efficient and effective time management and prioritisation
- experience of Property Management Apps / CRM Systems
- exceptional written and verbal communication
Responsibility
- engage existing company procedures to on-board and manage clients, client’s properties and tenants
- build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential tenants and landlords
- objectively assess properties, provide justifications for conclusions reached, draft engaging property marketing materials
- conduct viewings, maintenance inspections and other property visits
- complete and maintain all necessary documentation for compliant property letting as well as internal and external procedures
- proactively identify and collaboratively implement iterative improvements to company processes to achieve improved service and greater efficiencies
- remain knowledgeable of relevant regulations. Take the initiative in implementing measures that ensure the company and its clients remain compliant
- actively seek new client opportunities. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
