EDGE SURVEYORS & PROPERTY CONSULTANTS is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • in a predominate valuation role, you will be responsible for providing detailed professional advice to a range of clients
  • the successful candidate will assist with existing work and pipeline and will be encouraged to engage in business generation
  • they will be encouraged to ‘network’ within the local business market and increase their own profile
  • preparing Red Book valuation reports – development, commercial and residential
  • undertaking development appraisals in a valuation and consultancy capacity
  • undertaking measurements/property inspections
  • the successful candidate will initially support the director but with an emphasis on quickly developing their own work streams and client base
  • researching and analysing data and applying the analysis accordingly

Requirements

  • technical experience
  • previous experience working in the property sector either client facing or in an advisory role
  • MRICS & RICS Registered Valuer
  • articulate, professional and persuasive with a good telephone manner
  • experience in dealing with development, commercial and/or residential property
  • strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills
  • numerate and technically competent
  • show the ability to retain information and follow up on all leads
