- assistance with measurement and preparation of budget estimates and cost plans
- assistance with analysis of construction cost information and reporting on findings
- providing support and assistance to senior members of staff
- assistance with developing and utilising key project documents
- understanding and maintaining awareness of the different Building Contracts available and the corresponding legislation
- assistance with day to day project delivery including
- site visits
- valuing works complete and issuing interim valuations
Requirements
- 120 UCAS points, from three A levels or equivalent
- excellent communication
- first rate literacy and numeracy
- effective problem solving
- commitment and enthusiasm
- strong work ethic
- able to work as part of a team
- ability to prioritise, manage own workload and work to deadlines
