- deploy and verify established best practises and standards to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability
- assist in updating baselines based on latest published recommendations
- ensure security policies are adhered to within the business
- assist with Service Desk escalations related to security events
- assist with Security Audits including the technical deployment of monitoring and assessment tools
- manage projects for remediation work resulting from audits and recurring reviews
- provide standardised documentation on all work as well as recurring reports on designated systems
- actively seek and present recommendations to the team on relevant threats and vulnerabilities
