- planning of quality learning activities as per the model of delivery - including flexibility to adapt to learner need
- implementation of agreed initial assessment process
- offering good Information, advice and guidance to learners
- delivering timely completions that are of the required standard
- preparing learners for external examinations and assessments up to Level 2 Functional Skills
- embedding of maths and English in vocational curricula, according to needs of learners - for example CSCS, Driving Theory, Mindfulness & Wellbeing, Employability
- following Safeguarding, Prevent and British Value policies and processes and promoting all during delivery
Requirements
- maths and English qualifications to at least Level 2
- teaching Qualification - minimum Level 3 Award in Education & Training
- ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
