  • payroll administrator

Responsibility

  • process payroll on a weekly and monthly basis, including data entry, calculation of wages, and deductions
  • respond to Client queries regarding payroll matters
  • prepare payroll reports for Clients as needed
  • stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance
  • assist with year-end payroll activities
  • the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of client payrolls

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
  • good knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • strong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
