Responsibility

  • we are seeking an experienced, customer focused Operation Manager to join our busy team in London
  • we require someone who has a keen eye for detail, the ability to apply consistent and robust procedures & protocols to improve results; and have a collaborative approach
  • help implementing the system to manage all the warehouse
  • communicate and coordinate with warehouse to have orders packed up and verified in time for collection/delivery
  • arrange and manage collections with carriers
  • be responsible for managing all regulatory matters and maintain strict compliance standards with the latest customs legislation
  • work on production plan and follow the production; considering components, fillers, pieces available and orders to be shipped out
  • focus on making our current productions and processes more efficient with the view to reduce cost
