Responsibility
- conduct inventory checks, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels
- liaise with the distillery production team to ensure alignment between product launches and bar offering
- regularly review and improve customer service SOPs in line with luxury hospitality trends
- oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the bar, storage, and service areas
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and mentoring sessions
- monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report on revenue and cost-saving opportunities
