Responsibility

  • we have an opportunity that has arisen within the housing team at Eden Housing as a “ ”
  • the role sits within the housing team and you will work closely alongside the housing officers and housing manager
  • knowledge of surveying properties and supervising contractors would be desirable

  • the role is only temporary to provide immediate cover working 22 hours per week for 2 months with the days and hours flexible to suit the successful candidate
  • the role will include visiting void properties to scope the works required to ensure they meet our minimum void standard and allow us to re-let them to a new tenant, you will also return to sign the properties off once the contractor advises works are complete
  • you will raise the work and liaise with the relevant contractors to ensure the works are carried out in a timely manner
