• perform equipment repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and component replacements
• utilize computer hardware and software to troubleshoot and diagnose issues

• maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory
• provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements

• strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electronic components
• familiarity with computer hardware and software troubleshooting
• ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation
