Requirements

  • knowledge of Microsoft Tools and web/windows-based software
  • good degree and the ability to acquire skills and solve complex problems in a challenging and enjoyable environment
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • applicant will be CRB checked before starting, to fulfil the requirements of some of our clients
  • knowledge of Software analysis and development techniques
  • some knowledge of C#
  • some knowledge of SQL Server

Responsibility

  • support clients and their users with day-to-day operation of the products
  • work with clients, consultants and surveyors to support their needs
  • understand existing systems and work with the team to assess, develop and test ongoing improvements to products and processes
  • test software and solutions against requirements within agreed timescales
  • provide excellent levels of documentation
