Responsibility
- presenting, promoting and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers
- planning travel throughout the Midlands and Wales territory and visiting customers on a recurring basis, which may include overnight stays
- maintaining an in-depth understanding of the companies products/services to advise and make suitable recommendations
- conducting calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
- identifying, developing, establishing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
- co-ordinating sales effort with team members and other departments including estimating
- analysing the territory/market potential, tracking sales and status reporting
- maintaining records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts using our Customer Relations Management system
