manage a portfolio of key business customers and ensure they receive the highest level of service and support
build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements
work closely with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of products and services to customers
monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and resolve any billing issues
identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to customers
develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Post Office's products and services
as an Account Manager at the Post Office, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key business customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support
Education
bachelor's
Requirements
bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
proven track record of success in account management or sales
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong problem-solving and analytical skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
knowledge of postal and shipping services is a plus
ability to travel as required
