Responsibility

  • manage a portfolio of key business customers and ensure they receive the highest level of service and support
  • build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
  • understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements
  • work closely with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of products and services to customers
  • monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and resolve any billing issues
  • identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to customers
  • develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Post Office's products and services
  • as an Account Manager at the Post Office, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key business customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • proven track record of success in account management or sales
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • knowledge of postal and shipping services is a plus
  • ability to travel as required
