handle telephone and email inquiries
welcome visitors
open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, process all outgoing mail including booking couriers
maintain office supply inventories, process stationary orders, coordinate maintenance of office equipment
maintain and update the company Goods-In system
supporting operations team in preparing Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
general clerical duties including photocopying, filing
coordinating company events and meetings including accommodations & refreshments
Requirements
friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and excellent attitude to work
good communicator – both verbal and written
strong computer skills including Office applications
knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures such as filing and record keeping
attention to detail
ability to prioritize tasks and workloads
experience of working in an office environment would be an advantage

Responsibility
primary responsibility will be the daily operation and maintenance of a water treatment plant located at a customer site
manage the treatment process and adhere to set protocols and procedures
manage consumable inventories and complete preventative maintenance program at the job site
record and review appropriate operational data and log all system parameter readings
provide daily operational readings and escalate any pressing operational matters as required
monitor and ensure systems produce contractually agreed water volume and quality
ensure all plant equipment operates within design tolerances
review and analyse data to assess trends and support troubleshooting efforts in coordination with the line manager and technical support
Requirements
HND or higher in Engineering, Chemistry or another Science based subject – desirable
legally permitted to live and work in the UK or EU
as an FSE on the client site, you will work in high-pressure environments and enjoy high visibility
you will need to be skilled in analysing situations and problem-solving
as our main daily link to the client, you must ensure project targets and expectations are continually met
over two years of experience in a similar role or in the water treatment industry working on Filtration, Reverse Osmosis, Ion-exchange and Chemical Dosing applications
we seek candidates legally permitted to work in the UK that have a background in equipment maintenance and operation. Engineering experience and qualifications are desirable
you will be a forward planner with a solid practical and hand’s-on approach and require good soft skills, to effectively communicate with confidence when dealing with people at all levels of an organisation in one-to-one or team situations

Requirements
proven experience as a pipe welder or similar role
professional certification from recognised welding body is advantageous
proficient in welding techniques such as TIG, MIG, and stick welding
familiarity with codes and standards related to pipe welding
interpret specifications, drawings, and instructions to ensure accurate production
