Hi there! The Factory Operative position at Ecoglass Ltd in the Despatch department involves inspecting units for quality, polishing out scratches, loading units onto vehicles, and ensuring proper storage. They are looking for someone with glass handling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. It's a physically demanding role, and the working hours are Monday to Thursday from 5.00pm to 2.30am and Friday from 4.00pm to 8.00pm, although there will be 2-3 weeks of training on the day shift from 7am to 4pm. The salary offered is £11.00 per hour, and the benefits include a company pension and on-site parking.
