My tenure at Lead Generation Group was nothing short of a nightmare. To begin, the company's "remarkable product" and "dynamic and innovative organization" are nothing more than empty promises.

Firstly, there's the issue of compensation. They initially offered me an annual salary and then sneakily revised it downward. Attempts to address this were met with radio silence, as if they hoped I'd forget about my own paycheck.

In the communication department, they earn zero stars. Promised meetings, actions, and responsibilities were frequently discarded without any explanation. It's as if communication wasn't even a word in their dictionary.

Their work environment is so chaotic that I couldn't even spare a minute for lunch. And that's just a tiny snippet of the work-life balance disaster that this place is.

Let's not forget the lovely (deleted by the administrator). A walking example of rudeness and bullying. If you're not into being disrespected and unsupported, you'll love it here.

And the kicker: They believe that asking "do you want to work here or not" is a brilliant retention strategy. Because, you know, who wants to feel valued or heard in their job? Not us.

The bottom line? I resigned, and good riddance. I genuinely hope this company figures out how to treat its employees with the respect they deserve. Until then, I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.

And don't get me started on the compensation I'm still waiting for - it's like trying to squeeze blood from a stone. This place is a mess.

Thank you, Lead Generation Group, for the "opportunity." May your future endeavors be as chaotic and disrespectful as the present.

Wow this is very specific description. Can you see any chance for change in there - for example firing some supervisors, or the problem is much deeper than that? Thank you for your answer
