Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, project management, or a related role within the solar PV industry
- strong understanding of solar PV systems, components, and their operations
- experience conducting surveys
- excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- proficient in using project management and diagnostic tools and software applications related to solar PV systems
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. Candidates with sufficient experience are encouraged to apply
- CAD experience
- exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely
Responsibility
- collaborate with the project manager and clients to develop and refine project designs and technical specifications
- assist with the development and maintenance of technical documentation, project plans, and support guides
- provide technical support and expertise to project managers and project leads
- document and track technical issues, and resolutions in the project management system
- assist project leads with developing handover packs
