Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor or a related field
  • A deep understanding of mortgage products and services, including interest rates, terms, and repayment options
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • familiarity with mortgage software and technology
  • knowledge of regulatory requirements and procedures related to mortgage lending
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred

Responsibility

  • meet with clients to discuss their financial situation and determine their mortgage needs
  • provide expert advice on mortgage products and services, including interest rates, terms, and repayment options
  • guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, including completing application forms and gathering required documentation
  • work with lenders to obtain the best mortgage rates and terms for clients
  • ensure all regulatory requirements and procedures are followed throughout the mortgage process
  • build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
  • keep up to date with mortgage market trends and changes in lending policies and regulations
  • participate in networking and business development activities to generate new leads and referrals
