- our property management company is seeking a skilled and versatile General Maintenance Handyman to join our team
- conduct general maintenance tasks
- handle carpentry tasks, including repairing or installing doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden structures
- paint and touch-up surfaces as needed to maintain the aesthetics of the properties
- assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks
- collaborate with other professionals, contractors, and vendors to coordinate and oversee specialized maintenance or repair projects
- as a handyman, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our properties by handling various maintenance tasks across different areas
- maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work order details and materials used

Requirements
- demonstrated experience in general maintenance or a similar role, with a broad knowledge of multiple aspects of property maintenance
- proficiency in handling various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping
- possession of a valid driving license and own transportation to travel to and from job sites
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with tenants, team members, and external contractors
