- the young people our carers work with every day have a diverse range of care needs, personalities and lifestyles
- candidate MUST have NVQ LEVEL 3 or above in Social and Health Care or Equivalent
- MUST have 12 months experience of working with vulnerable young people
- training within child protection, challenging behaviour, substance misuse, health and Safety, risk assessing desirable
- update training will be provided by the company
- up-To-Date DBS

Responsibility
- excellent written and spoken English
- assist in writing, receiving and updating of individual care plans in conjunction with the Service Manager/Team Leader
- assist and participate in a wide range of administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of the service
- live in the young person’s property for 7 days and nights, support the young person with independence skills and household chores
- delivering the independence support plan
- complete daily paperwork and a daily report and send to the manager daily
- update self with priority need care plans and complete written records
- ensure the property is in order, any issues record on the report
