- an exquisite private dental practice seeks to employ a full-time Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our friendly dental team
- the Dental Nurse is there to assist the principle with all clinical aspects within the practice
- they should adopt proficient surgery procedures, ensuring the best utilisation of surgery time and keeping up to date with compliance
- they are also responsible to oversee front of house duties and to provide excellent patient care
- meet and greet the patients
- ensure diary is managed efficiently
- receive calls and in person enquiries for new patients and treatment enquiries and convert the into appointments
- ensure patient information and data is kept confidential
Requirements
- experience 1-2 years working in a dental practice
- ability to use IT and operate a computer based system. Ideally SOE
- must be proactive and enthusiastic about the role
