- overseeing and controlling the financial performance and implementing cost efficiencies
- A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Manager to oversee the operations of a substantial broiler chicken operation based on a number of farms in the Brackley area
- effectively communicating and coordinating the retailers’ requirements
- in this role the selected candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to ensure that effective and efficient operation of the broiler units and hold the responsibility for the overall performance of the farms
- analysing, monitoring and recording performance
- assisting in technical queries and problem solving
- meeting all the regulatory compliance standards
