Responsibility

  • researching to find and identifying new sales leads
  • developing a sales plan / pipeline to strategically target businesses for conversion
  • cold calling new sales leads and obtain decision maker details
  • pitching products and services to new and existing customers – phone / face to face / email / LinkedIn etc…
  • maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers, gaining repeat business / upselling
  • usage of media platforms to ensure information is current and useful
  • be part of the decision making / development of KPIs and targets to ensure they are achievable and ideally exceeded
  • attending social and networking events to grow contacts

Requirements

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • adaptability – be able to know your audience and pitch products according to their understanding or needs of the business
  • ability to conduct yourself in a professional way, representing the brand
  • good attention to detail, particularly in written communications and entry onto the database
  • determined and self motivated is a must
  • previous experience in a sales driven role would be preferred
