Responsibility
- creating and costing menus, and creating SOPs
- creating new menus in line with the brief from the Event Manager
- creating menus in line with the brief from the Event Manager
- managing GP
- weekly ordering of produce, dealing with suppliers and managing of prep lists
- delegating food preparation and kitchen duties to the kitchen team and ensuring the standard and the quality of food we expect
- be able to lead the kitchen team to complete the daily tasks
- ensure that the highest of standards of food quality, service and cleanliness are achieved
Requirements
- 5 days per week
- 5 days per week - Saturday)
- ability to work under pressure
- positive can-do attitude
- attention to detail, and high standards
- must be a people person and able to work well within a team
- head Chef: 2 years
- petersfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
