- ensure all activities on site are in line with health and safety procedures are requirements
Requirements
- sound knowledge of fabrication procedures and a wide understanding of joinery materials including timber, boards, veneers, laminates, and hardware are vital
- good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously
- management: 3 years
- joinery manufacturing experience, as a project manager capable of effectively managing projects from award of project and through the different stages of implementation to handover
- suitable experience and understanding of all aspects of the joinery fabrication process, from site survey, to working with a setting out team on preparation of fabrication shop drawings and cutting lists, through to checking of material take offs and ordering etc
- excellent knowledge in Alphacam, SketchUp, Solidworks
- very strong technical and execution capabilities with ability to solve technical problems and details between different types of materials such as wood, glass, fabrics, metals, laminates etc
