Responsibility
- provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
- respond to support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment
- collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- document and track all support activities in the ticketing system
- provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- working knowledge and experience of Windows Server, Windows Desktop and Microsoft 365 environment
- working knowledge of AzureAD & Remote Apps
- good knowledge of VoIP telephony systems
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting
- knowledge of IT support best practices and procedures
- knowledge of hosting services & domain management
- knowledge of web publishing platforms
