Responsibility

  • the Community Programme Manager is a key member of the Pavilion on the Park’s senior management team
  • in this way the role delivers the Trust’s mission of promoting active and flourishing lives in connection with other people
  • we’re looking for a creatively minded, committed community engagement professional to lead the development and delivery of the community programme at Pavilion on the Park
  • it is an exciting time to join the charity as we embark on the second stage of a major funding application to the National Lottery Reaching Communities fund to secure our five-year vision and make a positive impact on community life in Eastleigh
  • the role is responsible for the development and delivery of Trust-led projects, activities and events, working in partnership with local people and organisations
  • the aim of the role is to energise and enrich community life in Eastleigh by utilising the assets and resources of the charity and the strengths of the local community to develop community-led initiatives
  • this role is offered as full-time or part-time . Occasional evening and weekend work will be required, as per the needs of the community
