- easthall Park Housing Co-operative is a community-based housing organisation based in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow. We own 695 properties and our mission is to ensure ‘Easthall Park – Is a Great place to Live’
- we are looking to appoint a Chargehand Estate Caretaker to lead our Estates Team to ensure the maintenance of backcourts, common areas, shrub beds and the local environment in our communities
- we require you to be able to motivate, inspire and empower the estate caretakers to provide a high quality and responsive estate caretaking service
- the successful applicant should be focused on providing good outcomes for our tenants and residents in Easthall Park, as well as possess good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with tenants, colleagues, agencies and other stakeholders in relation to the estate caretaking service
- you should lead the Estates Team by example, where you will work as part of the team; display a pleasant, friendly and confident manner; be flexible to attend to work efficiently and effectively; and have a commitment to learning and developing in the role
