Responsibility
- eastfield Residential Home is a small, homely service supporting up to 25 residents who have mental health conditions
- we are looking for an experienced Senior Carer/ Team Leader to join our team. You will need to be a naturally caring person who understands the needs of vulnerable elderly people
- you will be responsible for the running of the shift, supporting and mentoring the care team. Administering medication, dealing with healthcare professionals, delivering and overseeing residents individual needs
- we are looking for a full time Senior Team Leader 36 hours per week to manage and support our night care workers so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability
