- the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their assigned restaurant
- they will oversee all operational activities, supervising and monitoring staff to meet store targets while maintaining excellent customer service
- ● Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently, legally, and profitably
- ● Actively participate in recruiting, training, and developing the team
- ● Supervise and train shift managers, while identifying opportunities for improvement
- ● Oversee compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- ● Manage costs and uphold high operational standards in accordance with company policies and procedures
- ● Conduct staff performance reviews and provide feedback to uphold high customer service standards
Requirements
- minimum requirement for this role is GCSEs/S or equivalent academic qualification
- previous experience in hospitality and management is not required but desirable
- strong leadership and communication skills are required
- experience of leading, developing engaging a team of direct reports at work
- further training will be provided at the commencement of employment
- experience of coaching team members in the moment to improve
- recruitment & team management experience
- experience of creating rota’s & stock control
