Responsibility

- maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations
- help with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
- monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain consistency in quality
- participate in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new dishes
- provide hot lunches for club members, club events and private functions
- manage contractors and service providers for the kitchen
