Requirements

  • out- standing communication skills with the ability to deal with all stakeholders
  • the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with all contacts both internally and externally
  • the ability to gain understanding of a PDA
  • experience of working in a responsive repair environment
  • have a good understanding of value for money in terms of the most cost-effective way to deliver repairs
  • the ability to strategically plan and organise workloads
  • A proactive/ can-do approach to work
