Requirements
- we expect excellent verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge of MS Office
- plus you will ideally have a university degree from the UK, preferably in surveying or a construction related topic
- personality is key, as well as your knowledge
- CAD skills an added bonus
- we have an exciting opening for an additional building surveyor to join our growing Southwest England division
- though if you have a non-cognate degree, together with a year or two of surveying experience, then we would also be keen to talk
- ideally you’ll have 1-3 years of post-graduate experience in building surveying already and have started your APC
- if you don’t have a degree but have several valuable years’ of building surveying experience and a good work history, we’d also be keen to talk

- you may need to assist staff or be responsible for the delivery of a job from start to finish
- visiting and inspecting various residential or commercial sites between Gloucestershire, Bournemouth and Torquay for the purposes of preparing PPM's, defect inspections, schedules of condition, getting involved with CA work, and assisting with project work from the common to the mind bending stuff
