- interact with operations management to assure that food production consistently exceeds the expectations of customers
- manage HACCAP/COSHH systems in allocated outlet
- to communicate and cooperate with quality management and standards bodies
- to effectively manage all costs and expenditures such as controlling portion size, general wastage, theft
