Responsibility
- eagle has a turnover of £8M with 45 employees
- due to continued expansion, we are looking for a full-time accounts administrator to join us
- daily banking – Allocating payments including cheques and card payments
- the job entails sales ledger, purchase ledger and general admin
- credit control – Monthly statements, chasing outstanding invoices, chasing maintenance contract decisions and managing unpaid accounts
- retention – Chasing customers for outstanding retention on install projects
- purchase ledger – processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements and preparing BACS payments
- eagle Automation is a market leading, successful and well-established business, which supplies, installs, and maintains high security gates and associated security systems for commercial customers
Requirements
- experience working in an accounts role is essential
- knowledge and understanding of CIS and DRC is desirable
- excellent communication skills
- capability to multi-task and follow-up to complete tasks
