sales administrator

Responsibility

  • provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • assist with the creation and maintenance of sales materials, such as brochures, product catalogs, and price lists
  • process sales orders and ensure accurate entry of customer information into the CRM system
  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
  • respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
  • monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • proficient in MS Office Suite
  • familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • high level of professionalism and integrity
