Responsibility

  • drives and owns presentations including business head briefing meetings, boards, Townhalls, Onsites, etc
  • manages the semi-annual RCSA process including verification of controls and sign off by the Post Trade Sales COO
  • provides general support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives undertaken within the Sales team
  • supports the Post Trade Head of Sales and COO in strategic planning and analysis including the integration of new business lines within Post Trade
  • helps to streamline daily operational activities for the Post Trade Sales team, to drive the Strategic Objectives, and ensure the Sales team across Post Trade is running efficiently
  • engages with Marketing team on marketing budgets, events planning, and execution
  • supports the Post Trade Sales team’s strategic planning process, developing and delivering metrics/analytics tools for capturing, analysing, and reporting effectiveness
  • publishes meeting agendas, pre-read materials, and ensures post meeting actions are captured, tracked and followed up, driving strong interlock with business and other stakeholders
