Responsibility

  • E-Temps is currently recruiting urgently for an Engineering Manager on a permanent contract for our client based in Newport
  • you will be involved in the future technology of the business, testing, projects, production ramp up and all new production machinery
  • your role will include
  • using CAD systems to develop new machinery
  • run detailed trials through equipment to characterize and develop processes and look to improve yield/throughput
  • work closely with third party companies and universities to develop new processes
  • you will be responsible for the improvement of production processes and will be able to carry out machinery fault find and maintenance to ensure that all machinery is working to optimum levels
  • work with product testers and assembly operators to ensure proper data collection and review
