Responsibility

  • contacting potential customers via telephone, email or social media to generate interest in and sell our products
  • achieve daily and weekly sales targets. Please note it is a FREE product we are offering
  • update CRM and database systems
  • the purpose of this role is to call hot inbound leads to check if they are entitled to a free boiler and other insulation products
  • attend events and networking opportunities to maximise business opportunities
  • identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • manage incoming & outgoing telephone calls

Requirements

  • strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening
  • customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters and situations
  • ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • an understanding of working in a target driven environment
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone
  • strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure long-term relationships
  • flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of customer enquiries and requests
