Responsibility

  • taking photos/videos , setting up properties on systems and preparing properties for marketing
  • managing database on our system
  • dealing with enquiries coming through system, calls and walk-ins
  • arranging, organising and conducting viewings
  • negotiating offers on behalf of clients
  • taking ownership of lettings, proactively identifying other channels to increase exposures for marketing purpose
  • utilising social media to promote our properties and the company
  • maintaining goodwill, establishing trust and building long lasting relationships with clients
