- bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
- proven experience as a Health and Safety & Quality Manager in the utility industry or a similar high-risk environment
- in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality management systems, and industry standards
- strong analytical skills

Responsibility
- develop, implement, and oversee integrated health and safety and quality management systems in alignment with industry regulations and internal policies
- conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement in health, safety, and quality processes
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into all aspects of utility operations and ensure compliance with industry standards
- lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize future risks
- drive a culture of quality excellence and safety awareness through effective communication, training programs, and engagement initiatives
- stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform and update company policies and procedures
