• we are seeking someone to work in a ‘multi-tasking’ role as a Receptionist, Administrator and typist and we are looking for someone who can develop and progress within the Firm on a full time basis
• legal office experience of some sort – either employed or work experience would be preferred for this busy role however, training can be offered to the right candidate showing a willingness to learn
• answering the telephone and to greet Clients
• ID checks
• dealing with incoming and external post
• card payments
• you will need to be an outgoing and proactive individual who works well both on their own and in a team as well as being articulate and presentable
• typing letters and general assistant duties and therefore audio typing skills are advantageous. The main area of work for typing will be within the Property Department and again full training will be provided where necessary
